Shipping Policy
We will ship all item(s) ordered within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an order email from Harajuku Hearts to confirm your order.
You will also receive another email after we ship out your order.
If you purchased insurance on shipping, your insurance number will be noted on the email.
Currently our shipping method is only through USPS.
We use USPS Prioriy Shipping and USPS International Priority Shipping.
Delivery estimate:
Within California: 1-2 business days
Other States in US: 2-3 business days
International: 5-10 business days
We recommend our customers to purchase USPS insurance to protect the item(s) ordered. By purchasing USPS Insurance, it will insure your item(s) against loss, rifling, and damage during the shipping process.
Return Policy
We only accept returns on damaged item(s) or item(s) shipped incorrectly.
For returns, please contact Harajuku Hearts within 7days after the item(s) arrive and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). This process is very important.
No returns or refunds accepted without RA number.
